After being laid off, I had no clear direction and assumed AI was only for technical professionals. The AI Governance course by GAICC helped me understand how governance, policy, and risk management work in real organizations. Now I have a clear path to transition into governance and compliance-related roles, which I never considered before.Posted on Google Dgangster sainiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Passed ISO 42001 senior lead implementer course in the second attempt. Their exam is difficult. I actually booked a time with one of the instructors to understand how to prepare fot the exam after I failed. Finally it is a relief, I passed. The good thing is I have already implemented my own AIMS. GAICC prepares us in a way to take these AIMS to job interviews along with the certificate, so there is high chance of success. I am applying for jobs now, I will share feedback soon.Posted on Google gurcharan singh hayerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Take our quick AI Governance Path Quiz and discover which ISO/IEC 42001 certification best fits your career — whether you’re just starting out or leading enterprise compliance.
Yes. GAICC certifications are aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, the world’s first AI Management System (AIMS) standard.
They are recognised across industries and geographies — ensuring your credential is respected by regulators, enterprises, and certification bodies worldwide.
The Implementer path teaches you how to build and manage AI Governance Systems (AIMS) inside organisations.
The Auditor path prepares you to evaluate and certify those systems against ISO/IEC 42001 standards.
Both roles are essential — Implementers build, Auditors validate.
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits reflect your learning hours and professional growth.
GAICC programs award 16–32 CPD credits, which are verifiable through a digital certificate and LinkedIn badge.
Each GAICC certification is valid for three years.
You can renew it by earning additional CPD credits or by retaking the certification exam.
Within your organization, only members of your team can access your data, and what they can see and do is determined by the role you assign them (Admin, Editor, Reviewer, or Auditor). Other customers cannot access your data under any circumstances every record is scoped to your organization and enforced on every request.
On our side, access is restricted to a small number of authorized engineers under least-privilege controls, used only for support, maintenance, and incident response. Sensitive credentials such as passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing — even our own team cannot read them.
We use a small number of subprocessors to operate the service. Each one receives only the limited data needed for its specific function.
Specific implementation details are not disclosed publicly for security reasons.
Our production database is backed up automatically in line with our managed provider’s standard backup policy, and we use those backups for disaster recovery — restoring the service from a major incident such as widespread data corruption or infrastructure failure.
It’s important to distinguish disaster recovery from routine deletion. When a user deletes data through the platform, that deletion is performed in the live environment and should be treated as final for normal use. Backups exist to protect the availability and integrity of the service as a whole; they are not intended for retrieving individual records or undoing routine user-initiated deletions on request.
Our underlying infrastructure providers, including our cloud and managed database providers, are independently audited against recognised standards including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
At the application layer we operate continuous safeguards across monitoring, and vulnerability management. Further specifics are not disclosed publicly for security reasons.
